Property management

Letting does not end when the lease is signed. With management, we look after the property throughout the tenancy – you get the income without daily worries and calls.

What management includes

Rent collection. We monitor payments and deal with late rent straight away, not months later.
Utility bills. We check bills and meter readings so running costs are split correctly.
Maintenance and repairs. If something breaks, we arrange a tradesperson and keep you informed.
Tenant communication. The tenant comes to us with questions. You do not have to answer every call.
Housing association and neighbours. When needed, we deal with the apartment association or building manager on your behalf.
End of tenancy. Taking the property back, comparing its condition with the handover certificate and finding the next tenant.

Transparent reporting
